This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) issue a writ or direction or order to the Principal Judge Family Court, Hapur to decide Case No.103 of 2023 'Ashish Kumar Versus Smt. Priyanka' U/s 13 of Hindu Marriage Act in terms of section 21-B Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of production of order, passed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Hapur. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
