Petitioner before this Court is an Assistant Teacher at Harijan Primary Pathshala, Bhuji, Gulligarh, Mau, Disrtrict-Mau and he is aggrieved that despite papers were forwarded to the concerned respondent to grant approval for his appointment, however, the same is pending for last more than two years. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers a document dated 7.1.2022 wherein name of petitioner is also mentioned that his claim is under consideration. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel fairly submits that he has not received complete instructions. However, in case matter is pending so far as petitioner is concerned, same will be taken note of and it will be decided in accordance with law within a short period. 5. Taking note of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned respondent will decide the case of petitioner and consider the grievance of petitioner in accordance with law within a short period. 6. It is observed that in case petitioner is constrained to approach this Court again on similar grounds, Court may pass a strict order against concerned respondent.
