Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order/judgment dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court stands complied with and the case of the petitioner has been accorded due consideration and the same stands rejected by passing a detailed consideration order. Copy of the compliance report has been provided to this Court, which is taken on record, a perusal whereof reveals that the detailed consideration order in pursuant to the aforesaid order/judgment has been passed vide Government Order No. 200-JK(HME) of 2025 dated 05.03.2025 by virtue of which, the case of the petitioner has been considered and found devoid of any merit and stood rejected.

Thus, from a bare perusal of the stand taken by the respondents in the compliance report and also in light of the detailed consideration order passed in compliance to the aforesaid order/judgment, no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this contempt petition alive, as the order/judgment dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court stands complied with. proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. However, petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the aforesaid
