This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief: - “To release the due payments amounting to Rs.7,60,566/- along with 18% interest from the date when the aforesaid work was completed by the petitioner till the payment is made, forthwith in favour of the petitioner in lieu of the aforesaid work executed by the petitioner which work is also verified by the respondents vide Annexure P-1 (Colly).” 2. Following order was passed in the matter on 07.05.2026:- “Learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 06.05.2026 in terms of which, an amount of 7,60,566/- is admitted outstanding liability of ₹7,60,566/- is admitted outstanding liability of respondents towards the petitioner. Let admitted liability be cleared by the next date. List on 18.06.2026” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Pursuant to above, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 17.06.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Outer Seraj Division, H.P.PWD Nirmand conveying that outstanding amount of the petitioner after statutory deduction (i.e. GST, Labour Cess, Income Tax, Royalty & Security etc.) has been paid to the petitioner and an amount of Rs.611176/- (after statutory deduction from the gross amount) has been released to the petitioner on 21.05.2026; That no outstanding liability is pending against the petitioner. 4. In view of above, the instant petition to stand disposed of as grievance raised in the instant petition stands redressed. It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
