Nandyal III Town Police Station, directing the petitioner/accused to undergo DNA Test along with de-facto complainant and her children Surendra and Lakshmi Prasanna at AP Forensic Science Laboratory, Hyderabad.
4. As seen from the E-Courts status, an FIR was later culminated into C.C.No.592 of 2010 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nandyal. E-Courts status further reveals that the above C.C. was compromised before the Lok Adalat on 13.02.2016.
5. In view of the above, the revision case can be disposed of as compromised.
6. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised. There shall be no order as to costs.
