1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the following relief(s) :

“That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by directing the respondents to correct the mistake occurred in marksheet of class 12th and migration certificate i.e Annexure P-1 and P-2 by interchanging the name of mother and father as mentioned in marksheet of class 10th i.e. Annexure P-3 issued by respondents themselves, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. b. Any other relief or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deems fit, be also awarded.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the action of respondent no. 1 to 3 in not correcting the mistake occurred in Annexure P-1 and P-2 i.e. marksheet and migration certificate are illegal because matter was forwarded to them in the month of January 2025, therefore, the same be expedited by giving suitable direction to correct the mistake committed by respondent no. 1 to 3 in Annexure P-1 & P-2 in stipulated period. He further contended that the petitioner has to take admission for further studies, therefore matter be expedited and there is no legal impediment in correcting the mistake by looking marksheet of class 10th in which the name of mother and father has been written correctly. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents contended that the school has not yet submitted the hard copy of the required documents. 3 Although some documents were submitted via email, they are insufficient for the required corrections. The case has been rejected due to insufficient documentation submitted by the school.
In response to the letter dated 16.01.2025 a rejection email has been issued to the school. He further contended that if the school authority will submit the hard copy of the required documents, they will correct the mistakes in mark-sheet of Class 12th as well as migration certificate dated 31.03.2024 with a period of 07 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per applicable rules. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering facts of the case, submissions of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing to the school authority to submit the hard copy of the required documents before the respondent authorities regarding to rectify the mistake occurred in mark-sheet of Class 12th and migration certificate of the petitioner as early as possible and in-turn the respondent authorities are directed to rectify the mistake occurred in mark- sheet of Class 12th and migration certificate i.e Annexure P-1 and P-2 of the petitioner by interchanging the name of mother and father as mentioned in marksheet of class 10th i.e. Annexure P-3,
4 within an outer limit of 07 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as per applicable rules. 6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of. Certified copy today. Sd/-
