judgment rendered on 04.03.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 3399 of 2019 (M/s Rajhans Refractories Private Limited Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and other analogous cases and, therefore, the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed, and the order as contained in letter no. 1022/M dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure-3) issued by the 3rd respondent is set-aside. No costs.
