Goswami, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Mr. A.R. Tahbildar, learned counsel for the respondent by placing on record instruction received by him has submitted that the direction passed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 16-05-2024 in W.P.(C) No. 1162/2023 has since been complied with. He submits that the pay protection, as directed by this Court, has been granted to the petitioner and further the services rendered by the petitioners w.e.f. their date of Page No.# 3/3 initial appointment has now been directed to be reckoned for the purpose of granting to them the benefit under the Career Advancement Scheme. The said position has not been disputed by Mr. Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioners. Since the direction passed by this Court has been complied with, the present writ petition stands closed.
