2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 326, 302, 120 (B), 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C, Ranchi.
3. It is alleged that the brother of the Informant was shot dead by unknown persons.
4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion as prior to the occurrence, he has threatened the deceased.
5. It appears that the co-accused Md. Anwar Ansari has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Raj Kumar Pandey, learned J.M.F.C, Ranchi in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024.
