Case No. 14 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Md. Zaved Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. On 20.02.2024 at about 4.00 a.m., Informant was waylaid near Ghartopi village by three-four unknown persons and looted his Pick-up Van, mobile phone and other articles. 4. Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the learned Sessions Judge, Dumka has only observed that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Md.
