Petitioner Ibrahim Ansari has been made an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 58/2024 registered under Sections 111(2) (ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the BNS Act, 2023 and sections 66(B) (C) (D) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara.
The petitioner Ibrahim Ansari was apprehended by the cyber police Jamtara from his house on suspicion that he was involved in cyber-crime, mobile phone and ATM card was recovered from his possession.
It was submitted that no witness has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anybody.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner Ibrahim Ansari, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 58/2024.
