ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondent No. 3 not yet filed proper charge sheet before the Special Judge for SC and ST Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District in Crime No.266/2019 dated 14.06.2019 of Sarpavaram PS, Kakinada Rural Mandal, Kakinada District and not followed Hon'ble High Court interim order in W.P.No.8754 /2019 dated 24.02.2020 is bad, arbitrary, unconstitutional, clear violation of Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and contrary to the SC,ST(POA) Act and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to proceed and implement the Hon’ble High court order and file charge sheet before the Special Judge for SC and ST Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, direct the respondent No.5th court to stay all further proceedings of CC No.1084/2020 in Crime No.266/2019 of Sarpavaram police station against the petitioner and to pass..…”
2. Heard Sri Inapurapu Suryanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grievance of the petitioner is that police have not concluded the investigation in Crime No.266 of 2019 dated 14.06.2019 of Sarpavaram P.S., Kakinada Rural Mandal, Kakinada District, till date. Learned counsel would further submit that

a direction may be given to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already filed by this date. No order as to costs.
