The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No.383 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2) /191(3)/ 190/ 109/ 132/ 121(1)/ 115(2)/ 324(4)/ 285/ 221/ 223/ 224/ 125/ 326(f) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. On 16.07.2024 at about to 02:10 P.M., Auto Rickshaw of the informant was dashed by a pickup van due to which some of the students who were travelling on the said Auto Rickshaw got injured. It is alleged that a mob of 700 persons started pelting stones on the police party, who had gone there to investigate the occurrence. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa, in connection with Garhwa P.S.
