Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein are appointed as daily wage employees in the year 2008 and still working as daily wage employee. He further submits that as per the Circular dated 05.03.2008 issued by the State Government, the petitioners are entitled for their regularization. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent authority/competent authority to consider the claim of the petitioners with regard to their regularization in accordance with the law and in the light of Circular dated 05.03.2008 and other subsequent Circulars applicable to the case of the petitioners. 2. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer made by learned Counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the above submissions made by learned Counsel for the petitioners, at this stage, without going on merits of the case, the present writ 3 petition stands disposed of directing the respondent authority/competent authority to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners with regard to their regularization in accordance with the law and in the light of Circular dated 05.03.2008 and other subsequent Circulars applicable to the case of the petitioners within an outer limit of ‘90 days’ from today. 4.
