The Challenge in the Writ Petition is deleting the name of the petitioner from the Voter list of the Mutawallis of Jamia Mosque (Big Mosque), Pamarru (V&M), Krishna District from the final voter list released by the 2nd respondent by including the name of the 5th Respondent without notice, without following due process of law for the ensuing election from the Mutawalli category. This Court granted interim stay in the initial stage and later it was vacated. Thereupon, the board was constituted. Thereafter, in the year 2020 another Board was appointed and period of the Board was also completed. Again new Waqf Board was appointed on 16.12.2024 pursuant to the orders of this Court. Therefore, no cause is survives in this Writ Petition and same has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
