The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015 (S.T. No.302 of 2022), for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 395, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of Sri. S.D. Dwivedi, learned AJC-X, Ranchi. On 26.05.2015 at about 2:00 A.M., 14-15 ultras looted several persons near Torang More, passenger shed, Tamar and they also set ablaze the truck of the Informant. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co- ordinate Benches of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri.
