1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the show cause notice dated 10.09.2024 and proceeding dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure P/3 & P/5 respectively) and further be pleased to direct the respondents not to recover any amount from the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon' ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents no. 1 & 2 to issue relieving letter in favour of petitioner, in accordance with law, within stipulated period. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondent/State has raised an objection that the petition itself is not maintainable and the petitioner has to file an application under Section 55 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Co- operative Societies Act, 1960.

3. Upon which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to raise a dispute under Section 55 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.
4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed holding it to be not maintainable. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach before the concerned authority while filing a duly constituted application. Sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Raghu Jat
