ORAL ORDER Sri.Ganapathi S.Shastri., counsel for the petitioner and Sri.Mahantesh Shettar., AGA for the respondents have appeared in person. 2. The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representations dated 18.09.1990, 01.06.2018 and 02.06.2020 vide Annexures-B, D and E submitted by the petitioner temple and further directing to fix the annual tasdik amount to all inam lands lost by the petitioner temple. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be ordered directed the third respondent to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner. AGA submits that an appropriate order may be passed. - 3 -

4. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 5. A perusal of the Writ papers reflects that the representations are made long back and the Writ Petition is filed in the year 2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations are not considered as of today. Hence, a mandamus is ordered directing the third respondent to consider the representations dated 18.09.1990, 01.06.2018 and 02.06.2020 vide Annexures-B, D and E submitted by the petitioner temple in accordance with the law if not considered as of today, within eight weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
