Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Drawing Master at GSSS Jauni, District Shimla. His case is that he has preferred a representation to the respondents on 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), seeking inter-district transfer under 5% quota in terms of the policy notified by the respondents on 20.11.2021. His grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided by the respondents/competent authority till date. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and the policy notified on 20.11.2021, within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
