GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER:- Heard Sri M.Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Challenging the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioners from the subject land, the present writ petition is filed. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed before the Court, a copy of the instructions dated 06.02.2025 received by him, in the case. Perusal of the 2 same would reveal that the subject land was allotted to APIIC to establish the industrial enterprises. When the petitioners tried to encroach the land that was allotted to the APIIC, by raising temporary huts, the revenue officials and APIIC officials have evicted the petitioners from the land. The land presently is under the possession and enjoyment of APIIC. The said instructions of the Tahsildar are placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
