Case No. 180/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 137(2), 96, 351 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away seventeen years old daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with an intention to marry her. 4. Statement of victim was recorded under Section 181 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 in which she has stated that she was acquainted with the petitioner and she left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 5. This appears to be adolescence love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Mohanpur P.S.
