FAO(FC) No.9 of 2023 a/w CMP(M) No.1493 of 2024 in RP____ of 2025. Item No. (S-2)
11.04.2025 Present: Ms. Suhani Gautam, Advocate for Mr. Amit Vaid, Advocate, for the applicant. Mr. Ashok Kumar Verma, Advocate, for the respondent.
CMP(M) No.1493 of 2024. Counsel for the respondent does not wish to file reply to the application for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the application is allowed as not opposed and delay in filing the petition is condoned. RP No.20 of 2025 Review Petition has been filed on the ground that it is noted by the Bench on 03.07.2024 that gross- salary of the petitioner is more than Rs.3,00,000/- per month due to which Rs.30,000/- per month was fixed as maintenance of the wife and Rs.20,000/- per month to the child. Keeping in view the salary-slips as such, apparently, it appears that the salary is not more than Rs.3,00,000/- as noticed but in the range of Rs.1,67,592/-. Resultantly, we recall the order dated 03.07.2024. Accordingly, the Review Petition stands disposed of.
