Perused the records. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer (i) is not pressed for the time being and the petitioner will be satisfied in case the representation dated 16.07.2024 marked at Annexure-C is considered by the third respondent. 3. It is noticed that the petitioner has submitted a resignation on 06.09.2022 and the same was accepted on 29.03.2023 with effect from 09.03.2023. It appears that - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:3050 WP No. 21557 of 2024 the petitioner made a representation on 16.07.2024 marked at Annexure-C to recall the said order. Same is not yet considered. It is not forthcoming as to who is the person to consider such representation. Keeping all questions open, a direction is issued to the competent among the respondents to consider such representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of and it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
