GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 in respect of Tailed House bearing H.No.4-29 situated in Sy.No.249, Padamati Bazar, Thallur Village and Mandal, Prakasam District and 2 forcing the Petitioner to vacate the said house and deliver the same to the Respondent No.4 without following due process of law arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300- A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.l not to interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 in respect of the Tailed House bearing H.No.4-29 situated in Sy.No.249, Padamati Bazar, Thallur Village and Mandal, Prakasam District without following due process of law in the interest of justice” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by Respondent No.4, both parties were called for preliminary enquiry and on enquiry, found that the matter is of civil nature. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
