This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order impugned dated 26.11.2024 passed by respondent no.2 (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition),; (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of petitioner over plot in question;" 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioner has alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
