The Payment Summary would indicate that the total value of work done by the Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.57,88,714/-, the government deductions are for a sum of Rs.3,85,350/-, the amount already paid by the Respondents is for a sum of Rs.24,09,732/-. The Respondents, therefore, admitted the claim made by the Petitioner for a sum of Rs.29,93,632/-. 4. In view of the admitted claim of Rs.29,93,632/- towards full and final settlement, the Respondents are directed to complete the entire administrative process, intra-department and inter-department, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, by way of Cooperation and Co-ordination, and transfer the said amount to the account of the Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 4 f- The Petitioner is directed to furnish the bank details to the Competent Authority to enable them to transfer the amount within the time specified by this Court.
