ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent and his staff in harassing the Petitioner at the instigation of the 4th Respondents by interfering in the Civil disputes as illegal and arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and unconstitutional and Consequently to direct the Respondent and his staff not to harass the Petitioner, by calling to police station in order to settle the civil dispute with the 4th respondent, for to pressurize Prem Chand to settle the issue with the 4th respondents by giving the disputed amount and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri L. Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint lodged by respondent No.4, a case in Cr.No.405 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 340(1), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS, was registered against the wife of the petitioner and two others, by the Station House Officer, Tadepalli Police Station on 01.07.2025. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was added as accused in the aforementioned crime. The respondent-police called the petitioner for preliminary enquiry. But the petitioner did not turn up for
preliminary enquiry. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law relating to the crime which has been registered. There shall be no order as to costs.
