Case No. 25 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 401 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 498A, 494, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 03/04 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. The prosecutrix was in live-in relationship with the petitioner since last six years. Both had a son from their relationship. It is alleged that later, the petitioner had established illicit relationship with one Rita Oraon and started living with her. It appears that the petitioner had also tortured the prosecutrix. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the prosecutrix has not sustained any injury at the hands of the petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for six years, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S.
