The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T Case No.197 of 2025 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri, arising out of Oupada P.S. Case No.40 of 2025 for commission of offence punishable under Sections 296/115(2)/3(5) of BNS. 3.
