Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. All these writ petitions have been filed for the grant of almost identical reliefs. The substantive reliefs in CWP No.11576 of 2025 read as under:- “i). That the writ in the nature of certiorari may kindly be issued to quash and set aside the notification dated 12- 01-2022 i.e. Annexure P-10 as far as it provide the revised emoluments of contract employees @ 60% of minimum of pay scale (at the lowest grade, in the regular pay scale), extended to regular employees holding the same post. ii). That the writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued to the respondents by directing them to fix and pay the contract pay arrears to the petitioners from the date of appointment at revised rate of initial start of pay scale of the petitioner’s post i.e. Rs.43000 + 3% annual hike on this, till the regularization of the petitioners. The contract pay arrears with interests at market rate on delayed payment of arrears may also be paid to the petitioners.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred representations dated 22.06.2025 (annexed with the respective writ petitions as Annexures P-12, P-14 and P-15) to respondent No.3 for claiming the above reliefs, however, the competent 3 authority has till date not taken any call on the aforesaid representations. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be content in case respondent No.3/ competent authority is directed to decide the aforesaid representations within a fixed time schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to this prayer. 4. Having regard to the afore-submissions, but without examining the merits of the matters, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners dated 22.06.2025 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioners. The writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
