GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 21196 OF 2018 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the impugned e-Tender Notification No.63/2016/F1 dated 01.07.2017 and the consequential proceedings Lr.Roc.No.63/F1/2016 dated 04.2018 issued by 3rd respondent without following the provisions of A.P.Municipal Tender Rule 3(2), 5(2), 8(3), GO Ms No. 475 dated 28.08.1989 G.O.Ms 581 dated 6.11.1996 G.O.Ms.No.30 MA & UD (G-II) dated 18.01.2000 and contrary to the orders passed by the Honourable High Court in Writ Appeal Nos 1087, 1090, 1108, 1111, 1112, 1115 and 1124 of 2016 dated 31.10.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to entrust the portion of the work to the petitioner agencies and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. While recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
