The case of the petitioner / A.1 is briefly as follows; 2. The respondent No.2 lodged a complaint on 20.08.2025 that A-1 and A-2 came to the house of the complainant in the month of October, 2024 and informed that the bio-liquor business had been started in the State of Telangana and the business is running very well; that they had started the same business in Andhra Pradesh and earning huge money and demanded the complainant to give 60% share of his money for business expenditure; that believing the words of A-1 and A-2, the complainant had given an amount of Rs.1,92,00,000/- to A-1 and A-2 through cash and two account holders in various bank accounts, which shown by A-1 and A-2 for business purpose; that A-1 and A-2 had agreement to the complainant as genuine by putting forged were given an signature of B.Srinivasulu, who is the owner of bio-liquor; that after knowing the fraudulent acts of A-1 and A-2, the complainant had requested them to repay the total amount, but, they had not repaid the amount and thereby cheated and threatened the complainant with dire due to financial disputes; and that after informing the consequences same to the elders, on 20.08.2025, the complainant had lodged a report. 3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent No.1, submitted that Section 35(3) of B.N.S.S. would be followed as the offences covered by the F.I.R. are within the scope of it. -V-. 3 Crl.P.No.8923 of 2025 As such, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dispose of the criminal petition recording the same. In the result, the petition is disposed of directing the Station House Officer concerned to follow Section 35(3) of the B.N.S.S. 4. 5. There shall be no order as to costs.
