Case No. 62 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 69, 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Smt. Priyanka Chopra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It was submitted that the parties are major. It was further submitted that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for three years. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
