Case No. 128 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 2269 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. On 19.07.2022, daughter of the Informant was found murdered in the forest. 4. It was submitted that the husband of the deceased has confessed his guilt and also spelt out the name of this petitioner. It was further submitted that the husband of the deceased has been acquitted in a separate sessions trial. It was further submitted that apart confession, there is no other materials against the petitioner on the record. 5. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of the husband of the deceased. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Simaria P.S.
