The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 17/2024 arising out of Dhanbad Rail P.S. Case No. 137/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20 and 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad. 3. It was submitted that 06 kgs. of cannabis were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized cannabis comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been stated at Paragraph-8 of this Bail Application. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Dhanbad in connection with N.D.P.S.
