Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record order dated 26.05.2026, passed by the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (HoFF), Shimla, HP. The same is taken on record and copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. From the perusal of the same, it is evident that after dismissal of Special Leave Petition 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- Nos.31713-31714/2025 on 17.03.2026, the order dated 29.10.2024, passed in CWPOA No.126 of 2019, titled Amar Singh Vs. State of HP and Others a/w connected matters, is being implemented. Accordingly, the services of the petitioner along with other similarly situated persons retired from the HP State Forest Development Corporation Ltd., are allowed to be counted for all benefits under CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 and CCS (Commutation of Pension) Rules. 3. Perusal of the order would further show that the Principal Accountant General, has been requested, to allow the benefits to the said persons in compliance of the orders and also, the employees have been asked to deposit the due retiral benefits received by them from the Corporation/EPFO, consequent for the implementation of the judgment. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to file a petition, on fresh cause of action by giving specific averments, as to whether the needful has been done by the petitioner or not. It is also made clear that on filing a fresh petition, if any the Accountant General be also made party to the lis. -3- 5. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
