identification. Appellant/Claimant is present along with his Advocate. He confirms the signatures on the terms of settlement, which is duly attested by his Advocate. He accepts the same to be voluntary.
2. Having regard to the facts of the case, terms of settlement are reasonable and hence, deserves to be accepted. Learned Counsel for Insurer undertakes to deposit sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- before Tribunal within a 121-CA-13880-2019.odt 1 of 2 2025:BHC-AUG:9438
