Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of seeking appointment on compassionate ground, petitioner is seeking regularisation, on the post on which he is working since 01.06.1998. 5. On such submission, the relief as sought in the present writ petition is being treated as the relief seeking for regularisation on the post, on which petitioner is working since 01.06.1998. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents have not disputed this fact that the petitioner is working since 01.06.1998. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is continuously working since 01.06.1998 and the identical issue has been dealt with by this Court in bunch of writ petition, leading one being WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) decided 06.01.2025, therefore, present writ petition may be disposed of in the same terms. 8. Learned State Counsel and Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel for the University have not disputed this fact and they have fairly submitted that issue as raised in this petition is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court dated 06.01.2025 in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others) 9. In view of the submissions as advanced by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 06.01.2025 passed in bunch of writ petitions leading one WPSS No. 436 of 2024 (Ajay Kumar and others Vs.
