Mr. Vivek Thakur, Advocate, vice counsel, for the respondents. CMP(M) Nos.1842 and 1843 of 2025 No reply is sought to be filed on behalf of the respondents. By way of these applications, prayers have been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.4 after condonation of delay. Since, there is no opposition to the applications and further the applications are duly supported with affidavits, there is nothing before the Court to disbelieve the averments made therein. Accordingly, the applications are allowed. Delay in bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.4 is condoned for the reasons stated in the application. The legal representatives of deceased petitioner No.4, as detailed in para 4 of the application are ordered to be brought on record as petitioners No.4(a) and 4(b). Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to file power of attorney for the newly added petitioners No.4(a) and 4(b). Needful be done on or before the next date.
