The services of the Petitioner was regularized on 10.03.2011. Subsequently, the order of regularization was modified with effect from 25.11.1993, pursuant to the order of this Court in W.P.No.41488 of 2018, dated 22.02.2021 for the purpose of pension and other monetary benefits. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader, Services-lll for the Respondents. 4. The grievance of the Petitioner in filing the present Writ Petition is that the Respondents are not fixing the pay of the Petitioner for the post of Light Vehicle Driver. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the consent of both the counsel at the stage of admission, with following directions: i) The Respondents are directed to fix the Pay of the Petitioner to the post of Light Vehicle Driver/ L.V.Driver, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
