Case No. 67/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80(2), 85 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 & 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M., 1st Class, Giridih. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Anjali Kumari, who died within seven days from the date of her marriage. It is alleged that she was thrown away from the roof of the house. It is also alleged that just prior to the occurrence, the deceased had called her father on mobile phone however the phone call was abruptly disconnected. 4.
