At the outset, counsel for the respondents submits that the aforesaid academic sessions i.e. 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 have already expired, hence by efflux of time, no cause of action [2025:RJ-JP:21619] (2 of 2) [CW-907/2017] survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
