This Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds no impediment in decreeing the Suit in terms thereof. 4. The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures appended thereto are taken on record. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. 5. Decree Sheet be drawn up in terms thereof. 6. On the oral prayer of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Court Fees may be refunded under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 upon the formalities being completed as per rules.
