At the outset, it has been apprised to this Court that the controversy involved in this petition has already been decided by the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in a batch of special appeals with the lead case of D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 221/2025 (Shree Jagdish Bohra Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. decided on 06.05.2025). 2. Counsel for the parties are in agreement that instant writ petition be disposed of with the same direction as issued in the case of Shree Jagdish Bohra (Supra). (2 of 2) [CW-8958/2017] 3. Considering the joint submissions made by counsel for the parties, the present writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the order passed by Division Bench of this Court in the case of Shree Jagdish Bohra (Supra), the same judgment will apply in the instant petition as well. 4.
