Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru; i. Directing to briskly proceed with the said case or petition in M.C.No.5801/2019 pending before the Court of the III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru and dispose off the said proceedings within the short prescribed time which is to be fixed by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24837 WP No. 19932 of 2025 this Hon’ble Court by issuing a Writ in the nature of Mandamus. ii. To grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is being protracted by the respondent and from last 6 years the matter is pending before the III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru. 3. The Family Courts at Bengaluru are making their best efforts to dispose of all the matters pertaining to the year 2019 by 15.12.2025. In that view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER i. The III Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru is directed to dispose of M.C.
