This PIL petition has been filed alleging that there is encroachment on a part of land comprised in Dravyavati River. According to the petitioner, the land is comprised in Khasra No.22/322 situated at Village Bassi, Sitarampura, Tehsil Jaipur. 3. In the reply filed by Jaipur Development Authority, it has been stated that the aforesaid land is recorded as Khatedari land in the name of Top Kanwar W/o Late Shri Amarjeet Singh. In view of the reply filed by Jaipur Development Authority, on the basis of the material which has been contained in the writ petition, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. Therefore, the petition being bereft of material is closed. However, this issue if raised in appropriate manner with proper details may call for consideration.
