JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Learned AGA accepts notice for the respondents. 2. The petitioner herein is assailing the Notice dated 24.06.2025 (Annexure-G) issued by respondent no.3. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is apparent that the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the notice which has been issued by respondent no.3 to vacate the encroached portion of the land by the petitioner herein, without providing any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration that, the impugned notice at Annexure-G be considered as a show cause notice issued by respondent no.3 to the petitioner herein and, thereby the petitioner is directed to file objections/replies to Annexure-G within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. After filing of the replies/objections by the petitioner herein, respondent no.3 shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law. It is made clear that till the consideration of the replies/objections, that may be filed by the petitioner herein, as directed above, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25091 WP No. 19965 of 2025 respondent no.3 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner.
