Dhaulta, learned Additional Advocate General and Ms. Neelam Kaplas, learned counsel, accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2, respectively. 2. Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to grant him pension in view of notification issued by the State Government on 04.05.2023. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has placed on record certain documents and on that basis submits that the pension has not been released to the petitioner as he had to his credit only 5 years, 4 months and 11 days of service rendered in respondent No.1-Department from the date of his absorption. 4. In view of above documents placed on record by learned counsel for respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law, for the redressal of his surviving grievances. 5.
