Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 21.02.2025. He further submits that he would advice his client to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed. 5.
