Sri K.Srinivasa, learned counsel, representing Sri D.V.Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pursuant to the filing of this Contempt Case, the authorities have passed orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Memo No.REV01-ENDW/64/2022 dated 23.05.2022, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication. He further submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said order before appropriate forum. 3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the Government of Andhra Pradesh Revenue (Vigilance-IV) Department vide Memo No.REVOI- ENDW/64/2022, dated 23.05.2022 before appropriate forum.
